Our Core English and Language Arts tutors help students strengthen their reading and comprehension skills, as well as their creative writing, grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure. In addition to improving verbal and written English skills, our Language Specialists use phonics, Direct Instruction, and other techniques to help students strengthen their reading and comprehension skills.

When it comes to writing formal papers, there is more to preparing a great essay or book report than just writing the correct words. Topic organization and flow is key. Keeping this in mind, the instructor will help students brainstorm ideas, and teach them proper organizational techniques to express themselves clearly. Reviewing their assignments, our tutors will guide their students in the right direction, helping them see where the flow and grammar is off, and show them a few self-editing hints and tips.
