is discontinuing services, and wants to close their account.

Eligible
clients may be entitled to claim tuition fees as Tuition Tax
Credits or Child Tax Credits, as Explanations Unlimited is certified
by the Federal Government as an educational institution. |

Due
to the time and cost for instructors to travel to clients, a
minimum 1.5 hour charge applies per in-person session, which
may be divided between consecutively scheduled clients at the
same location (min. 0.5 hr/client). For parents who are concerned
about session length for very young children, please contact
your instructor or Head Office, to see how we can accommodate
your needs. |

Availability. Junior Instructors are 1st or 2nd year
university undergraduate students, or have other modified teaching
experiences or abilities. |

A
minimum 10-Hour Tutoring Package, plus Registration Fee is required
for new registrations. |

compared to paying "As-You-Go"
for the same number of hours. |

"Pay-As-You-Go"
hourly rates are available only to registered clients who have
had lessons within the previous 6 months of the "Pay-As-You-Go"
request. An appropriate tutor must be currently available to
service the request. |

one time "$25 Life-Time Registration
Fee" will be waived &
credited to the account of each newly registered client when
their first payment is processed, if: a) They submitted their
initial enquiry to us using our "Enrol Today"
Online Form; and b) Completed it in full; or c) Purchased a
minimum 15-Hour Tutoring Package or larger. |

From time to time, additional fees may apply, as necessary,
such as fees for Premium Instructors, travel fees, parking fees,
gas surcharges, lesson preparation fees, client-requested supplies,
practice exam design, or other special circumstances. Clients
will be notified of additional costs before fees are processed.

to change without notice. |
