The T.L.S. Fee-For-Service programme was designed to service the needs of clients with unique requests when an appropriate tutor was not already available. By planning in advance with the Head Office of Explanations Unlimited, a client may retain the services of T.L.S. to source and hire an instructor that would satisfy the requirements for unique or highly specialized programmes, such as Dental Hygiene courses, Police Academy, and Firefighter entrance exams, etc.
